PENGENALAN SKIM BANTUAN PENDAFTARAN IPT YAYASAN PELAJARAN JOHOR (YPJ)
Bantuan ini terbuka kepada pelajar kelahiran Johor yang hendak atau sedang melanjutkan pelajaran ke Institut Pengajian Tinggi (IPT).
Inisiatif ini ditawarkan bagi meringankan beban kewangan pelajar yang ingin melanjutkan pelajaran ke peringkat yang lebih tinggi.
TARIKH PERMOHONAN
Untuk makluman pelajar, Skim Bantuan Pendaftaran IPT Yayasan Pelajaran Johor ini telah pun dibuka sejak 19 Mei 2024 dan dikhabarkan akan ditutup pada 30 Jun 2024 khusus untuk pelajar SIJIL, DIPLOMA DAN IJAZAH SEPENUH MASA SAHAJA dan terbuka kepada pelajar IPTA, Kolej YPJ & Kolej Komuniti SAHAJA.
KADAR BANTUAN SBP
Kadar pemberian SBP bermula tahun 2024 diseragamkan bagi semua peringkat iaitu RM500 seorang.
KRITERIA KELAYAKAN SBP
Berikut adalah syarat-syarat WAJIB yang ditetapkan oleh YPJ untuk pelajar layak terima bantuan:
- Pemohon lahir ATAU bermastautin di Negeri Johor;
- Permohonan dibuka kepada pelajar tahun 1 (semester pertama) Sijil, Diploma & Ijazah Sarjana Muda di IPTA, Kolej Yayasan Pendidikan Johor & Kolej Komuniti yang telah ditawarkan pengajian dari Januari 2024 – Disember 2024;
- Tempoh kursus yang diikuti adalah sekurang-kurangnya 1 tahun atau lebih;
- Pemohon TIDAK menerima sebarang bantuan pendaftaran daripada agensi lain;
- Pemohon hanya layak menerima bantuan pendaftaran SEKALI sahaja mengikut tahap pengajian tertentu;
- TIADA had pendapatan Ibu Bapa / Penjaga;
- Pemohon WAJIB mengisi Borang Sokongan SBP (Muat Turun Borang) dan mendapatkan tandatangan dan cop pengesahan di kawasan DUN masing-masing;
- Permohonan bantuan adalah tertakluk kepada syarat dan kelulusan Pengurus Besar Yayasan Pelajaran Johor.
CARA MEMBUAT PERMOHONAN
Bagi pelajar yang ingin memohon bantuan Skim Bantuan Pendaftaran, mereka hendaklah:
- Muat turun Borang Sokongan SBP.
- Memastikan Borang Sokongan SBP ada (Cop Pengesahan & Tandatangan oleh Pusat Khidmat DUN) masing-masing.
- Pergi ke laman portal Pemohonan SBP 2024 di pautan berikut : https://bantuan-ypj.com
- Klik Daftar, pastikan mengisi segala maklumat yang diperlukan.
- Muat naik dokumen-dokumen sokongan permohonan.(Dokumen-dokumen sokongan permohonan hendaklah disahkan oleh Pegawai Professional Gred 41 & Ke Atas / Pegawai Kategori A / Penghulu / Ketua Kampung dan yang setaraf dengannya.)
- Selesai
DOKUMEN WAJIB UNTUK MOHON
Pastikan pemohon sediakan dokumen tersebut dan sertakan bersama borang permohonan untuk membuat permohonan. Tanpa dokumen-dokumen ini, permohonan TIDAK akan diterima.
- Salinan Kad Pengenalan Pelajar
- Salinan Sijil Kelahiran Pelajar
- Salinan Kad Pengenalan Ibu dan bapa atau Penjaga
- Salinan Surat Tawaran Kemasukan ke IPTA, Kolej Yayasan Pelajaran Johor & Kolej Komuniti
- Salinan Akaun Bank Pelajar (Nombor akaun bank)
- Borang Sokongan SBP (Cop Pengesahan & Tandatangan oleh Pusat Khidmat DUN) masing-masing
