PAS BULANAN MY50
- Pas bulanan My50 ialah bantuan kewangan PRASARANA yang disediakan di bawah Belanjawan 2023 kepada semua rakyat Malaysia untuk membolehkan mereka menggunakan perkhidmatan pengangkutan Prasarana tanpa had.
- Pas perjalanan tanpa had selama 30 hari untuk Rapid KL LRT, MRT, Monorel, BRT, Bas Rapid KL dan Bas Pertukaran MRT Lembah Klang.
- Untuk Pulau Pinang, Prasarana telah memperkenalkan Pas My50 Mutiara yang menyediakan 30 hari perjalanan tanpa had kepada semua rakyat menggunakan perkhidmatan bas Rapid Penang.
- Untuk Kuantan, My50 masih tidak boleh digunakan untuk servis bas Rapid Kuantan.
KELAYAKAN PAS MY50
Hanya warganegara Malaysia yang mempunyai MyKad atau MyTentera yang sah layak untuk membeli My50 di Lembah Klang dan Pas Mutiara untuk Pulau Pinang.

- Tempoh permohonan: Produk ini akan tersedia untuk pembelian dari 15 Februari 2023 sehingga tarikh yang akan dimaklumkan nanti.
- Dokumen yang diperlukan: MyKad/MyTentera yang mempunyai fungsi Touch ‘n Go

CARA MEMBELI PAS MY50
Cara dapatkan My50 Pass di Lembah Klang:
- Pastikan MyKad/MyTentera anda ada fungsi Touch ‘n Go
- Bawa MyKad/MyTentera anda ke Kaunter Khidmat Pelanggan Rapid KL Rail atau hab bas terpilih di atas dan pastikan MyKad atau MyTentera anda ditambah nilai minimum RM55 dahulu. Jika nilai dompet anda tidak mencukupi, anda perlu menambah nilai MyKad/My Tentera anda menjadi jumlah RM60. Selepas ditolak yuran tambah nilai RM 0.50, nilai dompet Touch ‘n Go anda akan dijimatkan sebanyak RM 9.50. Selepas ditolak yuran tambah nilai RM 0.50, RM 9.50 akan disimpan dalam nilai dompet Touch ‘n Go anda. Sebaik pas anda telah diaktifkan baki tidak akan ditolak, kecuali anda menggunakannya untuk transaksi lain (tol, kedai runcit, tempat letak kereta, dll);
- Pastikan ada sudah tentukan atau pertimbangkan tarikh yang anda ingin “aktifkan” atau mula menggunakan pas anda lebih awal. Pas My50 akan diaktifkan sebaik sahaja kad anda menyentuh pas pintu dan akan dianggap sebagai Hari 1. Anda juga boleh memohon pembaharuan automatik di mana-mana Pejabat Perkhidmatan Pelanggan Rapid KL Rail atau hab bas terpilih di atas. Apabila anda memilih My50 auto-renew. Sila pastikan anda menyimpan sekurang-kurangnya RM55 dalam dompet anda untuk pas diperbaharui secara automatik.

- Bawa MyKad atau MyTentera anda ke mana-mana hab bas atau gerai tiket terpilih di atas di Pulau Pinang untuk membeli Pas Mutiara My50 di Pulau Pinang.
- Tentukan tarikh yang anda ingin “aktifkan” atau mula menggunakan pas anda. Apabila anda menggunakan Perkhidmatan Bas Rapid Penang, My50 Mutiara Pass anda akan diaktifkan sebaik sahaja ia menyentuh pembaca kad bas
