Dalam arus kemajuan yang pesat dan persaingan global yang semakin sengit, pendidikan bertaraf dunia bukan lagi satu pilihan tetapi keperluan. Dengan kesedaran ini, Majlis Agama Islam dan Adat Istiadat Melayu Perlis (MAIPs) memperkenalkan Bantuan Pendidikan Luar Negara MAIPs 2024, sebuah inisiatif yang menjanjikan peluang emas bagi pelajar-pelajar cemerlang di negeri Perlis.
Program inovatif ini tidak hanya membuka jalan kepada pengetahuan tanpa sempadan tetapi juga menempa bakat dan potensi peserta, melengkapkan mereka dengan kelebihan kompetitif yang diperlukan dalam menghadapi cabaran masa depan. Objektif Bantuan Pendidikan Luar Negara MAIPs
Membantu para pelajar berasal dari Negeri Perlis yang menuntut di luar negara (Timur Tengah)

Fisabilillah
Syarat Kelayakan
a. Pemohon memenuhi syarat-syarat umum dan melengkapi syarat berikut:
- i. Pemohon hendaklah warganegara Malaysia beragama Islam dan anak Perlis
- Bapa, ibu, dan pemohon lahir, dan masih bermustautin di Perlis
- Bapa, ibu, dan pemohon lahir di Perlis serta telah bermustautin di Negeri Perlis sekurang-kurangnya 10 tahun
- Bapa, atau ibu dan pemohon lahir di Negeri Perlis dan masih bermustautin di Negeri Perlis
ii. Pusat pengajian tinggi bagi kursus yang dipohon atau yang sedang diikuti hendaklah diiktiraf oleh Kerajaan Malaysia.
iii. Kursus yang dipohon adalah yang tidak bertentangan dengan ajaran Islam
iv. Telah mendapat tempat / tawaran dan belajar sepenuh masa (tidak bekerja) di mana-mana institut prngajian tinggi yang diiktiraf oleh Kerajaan Malaysia
- v. Disahkan boleh mengikuti pengajian di luar negara samada oleh Kementerian Pelajaran Malaysia atau Kementerian Luar Negeri atau Kedutaan Malaysia (Education Malaysia)vi. Tidak mendapat Agihan / pinjaman / dermasiswa dari mana- mana institusi
Tempoh
- Dermasiswa yang diluluskan hanya untuk satu (1) tahun sahaja dan mana-mana pemegang dibenarkan memohon semuala untuk perlanjutan.
Perlanjutan
Perlanjutan dermasiswa akan diluluskan dengan syarat-syarat berikut:
- Mengemukakan kepada MAIPs permohonan perlanjutan dermasiswa
- Lulus dalam peperiksaan akhir sesi pengajian sebelumnya dan meneruskan pengajian ke tahun berikutnya
- Pemohon hendaklah mengemukakan slip keputusan peperiksaan penuh kepada MAIPs / tasdik
- Menyertakan surat pengesahan daripada pihak universiti atau mana-mana pihak berkenaan bahawa pemohon tidak mendapat sebarang tajaan oleh mana-mana badan penaja
- Kegagalan untuk memenuhi keperluan-keperluan di atas atau mengemukakan permohonan yang tidak lengkap akan menimbulkan kerumitan kepada pemohon.
Penggantungan
- Pemohon dibenarkan mengulang hanya 1 kali sahaja sepanjang tempoh pengajian dan sekiranya pemohon gagal dua (2) semester berturut-turut dalam tahun yang sama, maka dermasiswa akan digantung
- Walau bagaimanapun, sekiranya pada tahun berikutnya beliau lulus pemohon boleh mengemukakan permohonan untuk menyambung semula dermasiswa dan akan dipertimbangkan oleh MAIPs.
Tatatertib
- Pemegang dikehendaki memenuhi peraturan-peraturan yang dikeluarkan oleh MAIPs dan universiti yang dipelajari oleh pemegang dermasiswa.
- Sekiranya pemegang didapati atau dilaporkan terlibat dalam mana-mana kes jenayah dan apa-apa salah laku yang akan mencemarkan nama baik Kerajaan dan Negara Malaysia, maka tindakan tatatertib akan diambil dan dermasiswa akan dihentikan serta-merta.
- Pemegang tidak dibenarkan mengambil bahagian dalam perkara yang difikirkan oleh MAIPs tidak selaras dengan kepentingan pemegang, Negeri khasnya dan Negara Amnya.
Kaedah Pelaksanaan
- Pemohon mengemukakan permohonan kepada pihak pengurusan zakat melalui Persatuan Pelajar yang berdaftar dengan MAIPs / Kedutaan Besar Malaysia / Kementerian Pengajian Tinggi.
Cara Bayaran/Agihan
Agihan yang akan diberikan adalah tertakluk kepada keputusan dari semasa ke semasa mengikut keputusan yang Mesyuarat Jawatankuasa Baitulmal / Majlis. Nilai Agihan Pelajaran untuk penuntut anak Perlis di Timur Tengah mengikut Negara yang dipelajari adalah seperti berikut :
