BANTUAN SUBSIDI TIKET PENERBANGAN PELAJAR SABAH
Penerbangan bersubsidi untuk pelajar Sabah yang mengikuti pengajian di institusi pengajian tinggi awam dan swasta (IPTA/S) di semenanjung, Sarawak dan Labuan kini boleh mula membuat permohonan secara dalam talian.
Pejabat Timbalan Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri menerusi catatan Facebook berkata permohonan itu hanya terpakai kepada pelajar yang belum menerima biasiswa daripada Biasiswa Negeri Sabah (BKNS), Majlis Agama Islam Sabah (MUIS) dan Yayasan Sabah (YS).
“Permohonan akan mula dibuka kepada pelajar-pelajar Sabah yang sedang menuntut di IPTA/S di Semenanjung, Sarawak dan Labuan, yang mana tidak menerima tajaan pengajian dari BKNS, MUIS dan Yayasan Sabah sahaja.
“Permohonan boleh dibuat melalui pautan https://subfly.sabah.gov.my dan tertakluk kepada terma dan syarat yang ditetapkan,” menurut kenyataan yang disiarkan di sini.
Terdahulu, Menteri Sains, Teknologi dan Inovasi Sabah Datuk Dr Mohd Arifin Mohd Arif berkata pengagihan geran itu akan bermula minggu ini.
Beliau berkata bayaran sekali itu akan dimasukkan terus ke dalam akaun pelajar, yang akan diselaraskan melalui agensi tajaan pelajar masing-masing.
Bagaimanapun, tambahnya, bagi kes pelajar yang tidak mendapat tajaan daripada mana-mana agensi berkaitan, pembayaran subsidi akan diselaraskan oleh Pejabat Tugas-Tugas Khas (PTTK) selepas mendapat pengesahan daripada universiti atau kolej terbabit.
“Berikutan pengumuman Ketua Menteri berhubung subsidi tiket penerbangan sebanyak RM600 seorang, pembayaran akan dibayar melalui akaun bank pelajar yang akan diselaraskan oleh agensi penaja yang berkaitan.
“Ini bermaksud, jika pelajar itu ditaja oleh Majlis Ugama Islam Sabah (MUIS), pembayaran akan dibayar terus kepada pelajar berkenaan dan jika ia mendapat biasiswa Kerajaan negeri, bayaran akan disalurkan oleh Kerajaan negeri.
“Jika pelajar itu tajaan Yayasan Sabah, peruntukan yang disalurkan melalui Jabatan Ketua Menteri (JKM) itu akan diselaraskan Yayasan Sabah dan pembayaran juga akan terus dibuat ke akaun pelajar yang ditaja,” katanya.
