Rumah PPRT 2024: Ini cara mudah untuk mohon & semak kelayakan
Program Perumahan Rakyat Termiskin (PPRT) ialah satu program perumahan yang diperkenalkan oleh kerajaan Malaysia untuk membantu golongan berpendapatan rendah memiliki rumah sendiri.
Program ini bertujuan untuk menyediakan rumah mampu milik yang berkualiti kepada golongan berpendapatan isi rumah bulanan RM2,500 dan ke bawah. Ia juga bertujuan untuk membasmi setinggan dan rumah tidak layak didiami di bandar-bandar utama.
PPRT dikendalikan sepenuhnya oleh KPKT melalui agensinya iaitu Syarikat Perumahan Negara Berhad (SPNB). SPNB bertanggungjawab untuk merancang, membina, memasarkan dan menguruskan projek perumahan PPRT di seluruh negara.
Tujuan utama bantuan PPRT diperkenalkan untuk menaik taraf kehidupan dan ekonomi keluarga fakir dan miskin (kumpulan B40) dengan membina atau mengubah suai rumah dengan menyediakan tempat tinggal yang lebih selesa dan selamat sebagai asas pertumbuhan sesebuah keluarga.
Skop Bantuan
Kawasan liputan bantuan PPRT adalah di kawasan luar bandar.
Skop PPRT terbahagi kepada 2 kategori, iaitu:
- Bina Baharu
Bantuan pembinaan rumah baharu kepada penerima yang tidak mempunyai rumah atau rumah yang didiami terlalu uzur, tidak selamat diduduki dan tidak ekonomik untuk dibaiki. - Baik Pulih
Skop bantuan baik pulih hanya melibatkan komponen-komponen asas sesebuah rumah sahaja. (Contoh : Bumbung, atap, tangga, tandas, bilik air, pintu, dinding,lantai, tingkap, pendaiwaian elektrik, perpaipan dan lain-lain)Penyiapan rumah dalam pembinaan TIDAK termasuk dalam skop baik pulih.
Syarat Kelayakan Program PPRT 2024
Ketua Isi Rumah (KIR) miskin tegar dan miskin yang ditentukan berdasarkan Pendapatan Garis Kemiskinan (PGK) semasa yang berkuat kuasa.
(Pendapatan Isi Rumah Miskin tegar : RM1,169 dan Miskin RM2,208)
Kriteria kumpulan sasar penerima bantuan PPRT yang LAYAK adalah seperti berikut:
- disahkan sebagai miskin tegar atau miskin yang berdaftar dalam Bank Data Kemiskinan Nasional (e-Kasih); atau
- diperaku dan disahkan layak oleh Mesyuarat Focus Group Pembasmian Kemiskinan Peringkat Daerah (FGD) atau Negeri (FGN) atau jawatankuasa yang setara dengannya di peringkat negeri; atau
- diperaku oleh agensi-agensi kerajaan yang terlibat dalam program pembasmian kemiskinan; atau
- diperaku oleh jawatankuasa di peringkat Kementerian
Syarat bantuan Bina Baharu diberikan kepada peserta yang:
- tidak mempunyai rumah;
- rumah yang didiami terlalu uzur dan tidak selamat didiami;
- tidak ekonomik untuk dibaiki;
- memiliki tanah sendiri (pemilikan penuh); atau
- pemilikan tanah sebahagian atau mendapat kebenaran menggunakan tanah daripada Tuan Tanah (tanah atas milik ibu/bapa/adik-beradik/saudara-mara yang mempunyai pertalian darah dengan pemohon atau tanah Kerajaan atau tanah wakaf) dengan mengemukakan Borang Kebenaran Menggunakan Tanah.
Syarat bantuan Baik Pulih:
- Bantuan diberikan kepada peserta yang mempunyai rumah yang uzur atau rosak disebabkan oleh bencana dan masih ekonomik untuk dibaiki.
- Mendapat kebenaran untuk membaik pulih bagi kes menumpang tanah milik orang lain/tanah milik sebahagian/tanah Kerajaan dengan mengemukakan Borang Kebenaran Menggunakan Tanah.
Selain memenuhi kriteria-kriteria kelayakan di atas, keutamaan bantuan diberikan kepada:
- warga emas;
- orang kurang upaya (OKU);
- ibu/bapa tunggal yang mempunyai tanggungan ramai;
- mangsa bencana yang berskala kecil; dan
- Keutamaan pelaksanaan program adalah kepada negeri-negeri dan daerah yang mempunyai kadar kemiskinan tegar yang tinggi.

Permohonan PPRT
Permohonan PPRT secara atas talian (online) hendaklah diisi dengan teliti dan lengkap. Sila sediakan maklumat berkaitan pemilikan harta / tanah, pendapatan, gambar Kad Pengenalan (depan dan belakang) dan gambar rumah semasa (sekiranya ada) sebelum menghantar permohonan. Kegagalan pemohon untuk melengkapkan butir-butir yang dikehendaki boleh menjejaskan permohonan.
