Menurut Perdana Menteri, Kerajaan akan meluaskan manfaat Sumbangan Asas Rahmah (SARA) kepada 700,000 ribu penerima STR.
Tambahan Tempoh Bayaran SARA 2024
Selain itu, tempoh bulan bayaran SARA 2024 dipanjangkan kepada 12 bulan berbanding 6 bulan sebelum ini.
Bayaran yang akan diterima masih lagi sama iaitu RM100 sebulan.
Kami kongsikan bayaran SARA RM600 tahun 2023.

Apa Itu Bantuan SARA RM600?
Sumbangan Asas Rahmah (SARA) adalah sumbangan tambahan RM600 kepada penerima STR dalam kategori miskin tegar berdasarkan data ekasih.
Ia boleh digunakan untuk pembelian barangan keperluan makanan asas di pasaraya/ kedai runcit terpilih seluruh negara dengan menggunakan MyKad.

Kelayakan SARA adalah terhad kepada mereka yang memenuhi kriteria seperti berikut:
- Warganegara Malaysia
- Tersenarai sebagai penerima Miskin Tegar eKasih dalam rekod data Unit Penyelarasan Pelaksanaan Jabatan Perdana Menteri (ICU,JPM) sehingga 28 Februari 2023
- Lulus Sumbangan Tunai Rahmah (STR) 2023 kategori Isi Rumah, Bujang dan Warga Emas Tiada Pasangan
Bagaimana Cara Mohon SARA?
Kelayakan SARA adalah penerima STR (berstatus lulus STR sahaja) yang telah disemak silang dengan data Miskin Tegar eKasih sehingga 28 Februari 2023.
Cara Program SARA Dilaksanakan
Kaedah pelaksanaan SARA berbeza mengikut negeri seperti berikut:
Penerima Daripada Semenanjung Malaysia (Selain Sabah,Sarawak dan W.P Labuan)
- Penerima akan menerima bantuan barangan keperluan asas tanpa tunai (cashless) berjumlah RM100 setiap bulan bagi tempoh 6 Bulan (Julai-Disember 2023) secara automatik melalui akaun yang dibuka menggunakan MyKad penerima.
- Penerima SARA boleh membeli barangan runcit asas daripada kategori produk yang diluluskan di pasar raya/ kedai runcit terpilih seluruh negara menggunakan MyKad.
Penerima Daripada Negeri Sabah, Sarawak dan W.P Labuan
- Bayaran Rm600 sekaligus melalui kaedah pengkreditan ke akaun bank/ secara tunai sama seperti kaedah pembayaran fasa 3 STR 2023.
Alamat penerima adalah berdasarkan alamat berdaftar dalam permohonan STR 2023

Setiap penerima yang dikenal pasti layak bantuan SARA RM600 akan menerima sumbangan berjumlah RM600 seperti berikut:

Penerima akan menerima elaun bulanan sebanyak RM100 selama 6 bulan melalui MyKad mereka untuk membeli barangan makanan asas terpilih
Pembayaran pertama sudah dilakukan pada 17 Julai 2023. Bayaran seterusnya akan disalurkan ke akaun MyKad penerima pada 1 hari bulan setiap bulan seperti jadual bayaran SARA RM600 2023 berikut:

Setelah penerima daripada alamat Semenanjung Malaysia diluluskan dan didaftarkan ke SARA, akaun akan dibuka berdasarkan MyKad penerima dalam sistem MyKasih di mana elaun perbelanjaan akan disimpan.
Penerima akan menerima elaun bulanan sebanyak RM100 selama 6 bulan melalui MyKad mereka untuk membeli barang makanan asas terpilih
Pasar raya atau kedai runcit yang mengambil bahagian dalam program SARA akan mempunyai infrastruktur sistem pembayaran MyKasih di dalam premis mereka di mana penerima dapat membuat pembayaran menggunakan MyKad.
