Rumah Mesra Rakyat 2.0 : Program Rumah Mampu Milik untuk golongan B40 diteruskan – Panduan mohon disini. Untuk makluman umum, Program Rumah Mesra Rakyat telah mendapat sambutan yang menggalakkan dan kini SPNB telah membuka permohonan sekali lagi. Maka dengan itu, Rumah Mesra Rakyat diteruskan dengan versi 2.0. Ketahui lebih lanjut mengenai bantuan semasa melalui laman web Bantuan Kerajaan.
PENGENALAN RUMAH MESRA RAKYAT 2.0
Syarikat Perumahan Negara Berhad (SPNB) di bawah pengurusan Kementerian Pembangunan Kerajaan Tempatan telah memperkenalkan program Rumah Mesra Rakyat 2.0. Program ini diadakan bertujuan untuk mempercepatkan peluang orang ramai memiliki rumah sendiri dengan harga mampu milik.
Yang lebih mengujakan buat yang ingin memohon RMR 2.0, mereka hanya perlu tunggu maksimum 3 bulan sahaja untuk dapatkan maklum balas dan kelulusan, berbanding RMR edisi pertama, mengambil masa yang agak lama untuk pemohon mendapat kelulusan.
Di dalam program RMR ini, sesiapa yang layak akan dapat bantuan subsidi sebanyak RM20,000. Tambahan lagi, kriteria utama untuk mendapatkan kelulusan iaitu kelayakan pendapatan telah dinaikkan dari RM3,000 kepada RM5,000 dan dapat membuka lebih peluang dan ruang untuk pemohon yang mempunyai pendapatan sedemikian untuk memohon.
KONSEP RUMAH PROGRAM RUMAH MESRA RAKYAT 2.0
Berikut adalah konsep atau ciri ciri rumah di bawah program Rumah Mesra Rakyat 2.0.
KRITERIA KELAYAKAN PEMOHON RMR 2.0
Bagi yang berminat untuk memohon Rumah Mesra Rakyat 2.0, haruslah menepati kriteria kelayakan yang ditetapkan seperti di bawah:
- Merupakan Warganegara Malaysia yang berumur 18 sehingga 65 tahun.
- Mempunyai pendapatan bulanan seisi rumah tidak lebih dari RM5,000.
- Pemohon dan pasangan mestilah tidak mempunyai atau miliki sendiri / atau duduk di rumah yang usang / sempurna.
- Tanah atau tapak cadangan mestilah sesuai untuk dibina. Jika pemohon adalah bukan tuan punya tanah, pemohon mestilah mendapat kebenaran dari tuan punya tanah yang dicadangkan.
- Keluasan tanah mestilah tidak kurang daripada 3,000 kps (tertakluk kepada rekabentuk)
- Tertakluk kepada peruntukan kewangan
CONTOH REKABENTUK RMR 2.0
CARA UNTUK MEMOHON
- Untuk memohon, pemohon boleh ke portal laman rasmi SPNB seperti berikut : https://spnb.com.my/rmr2/#kaedah-memohon.
- Klik Permohonan di ruang paling atas dan terus ke halaman Permohonan.
- Klik Pendaftaran Baru bagi yang baru hendak memohon dan tidak mempunyai akaun. Pastikan anda isi borang yang terpapar dengan lengkap.
- Setelah daftar kata laluan akan dihantar kepada pemohon.
- Pastikan semasa log masuk, anda gunakan login ID (emel) dan kata laluan yang telah diberikan untuk memulakan permohonan RMR
- Setalah dapat log masuk, anda boleh melengkapkan borang online dengan mengisi maklumat ke dalam sistem.
- Klik Selesai sekiranya anda sudah mengisi kesemua maklumat dan cetak borang yang lengkap tersebut.
- Bawa borang yang telah dicetak bersama dokumen penting (rujuk dibawah) ke Pejabat Cawangan SPNB yang berdekatan
- Semakan dan penilaian akan dibuat dalam tempoh 3 bulan, dan kelulusan adalah tertakluk peruntukan tahunan.
Dokumen penting yang diperlukan:
- Salinan kad pengenalan pemohon dan pasangan (jika berkenaan).
- Salinan kad pengenalan tuan tanah.
- Salinan kad pengenalan pemohon kedua (jika berkaitan).
- Salinan geran hakmilik tanah terbaru dan sijil carian rasmi dari Pejabat Tanah yang terbaru
- Slip gaji terkini (3 bulan) / surat akuan sumpah pendapatan / surat pengesahan pendapatan pemohon*.
- Surat akuan sumpah / surat pengesahan tidak memiliki rumah atau memiliki rumah yang usang*.
- Surat akuan kebenaran pelepasan tuan tanah.
- Salinan sijil nikah pemohon.
- Borang laporan tapak bergambar.

- Surat Pengesahan pendapatan/ tidak memiliki rumah/ memiliki rumah usang perlu disahkan melalui Penghulu / Ketua kampung / Pegawai Profesional Kelas A.
- SPNB berhak untuk mendapatkan dokumen tambahan tertakluk kepada keperluan dari semasa ke semasa.
- Format bagi Surat Akuan Bersumpah dan Borang Lawatan Tapak Bergambar disediakan oleh SPNB.
