Pemberian RM180 setiap bulan bagi seorang anak merupakan subsidi kerajaan untuk penjawat awam yang perlu menghantar anak ke taska. Subsidi ini dibayar terus secara langsung kepada pengusaha taska berkenaan.
Syarat Kelayakan
- Merupakan penjawat awam.
- Bergaji tidak melebihi RM7,000/bulan.
- Hanya taska di tempat kerja sektor awam.
- Taska berdaftar dengan JKM.
Cara Memohon
- Perlu membuat permohonan kepada Bahagian Sumber Manusia atau bahagian yang menyelaras urusan mengenai TASKA di agensi Kerajaan di mana penjawat awam tersebut bekerja.
- Mengisi maklumat yang diminta dengan lengkap pada borang permohonan.
- Dokumen sokongan perlu disertakan dan disokong oleh Ketua Jabatan agensi berkenaan :
- Salinan penyata gaji
- Salinan Sijil Kelahiran/MyKid anak
- Salinan Sijil Kelahiran/MyKid anak dan Sijil Pengangkatan daripada Jabatan Pendaftaran Negara jika anak angkat/anak pelihara
- Salinan Sijil Kelahiran/MyKid anak dan dokumen menunjukkan hubungan dengan anak tersebut jika anak tiri
- Salinan penyata gaji suami/isteri
- Bagi suami/isteri yang tidak berkhidmat dengan Kerajaan sama ada suri rumah, bekerja sendiri atau bekerja di sektor swasta, dokumen atau keterangan berkaitan perlu disahkan oleh Ketua Jabatan pegawai
