Bayaran Insentif Awal
Kerajaan bersetuju untuk memberikan Bayaran Insentif Awal Kajian Sistem Saraan Perkhidmatan Awam (SSPA) yang dijangka dimuktamadkan pada penghujung tahun depan.
Sementara menunggu semakan semula skim gaji dan elaun tetap penjawat awam selesai, Perdana Menteri setuju untuk memberikan insentif awal ini.

- Pegawai Perkhidmatan Awam Kumpulan Pengurusan dan Profesional serta Kumpulan Pelaksana Gred 56 dan ke bawah termasuk pegawai/kakitangan lantikan kontrak akan menerima RM2000
- Jawatan Utama Sektor Awam (termasuk polis, bomba, tentera, angkatan bersenjata dan seluruh anggota beruniform) dan Pesara Kerajaan (termasuk veteran berpencen serta veteran tidak berpencen) – RM1000

Jabatan Perkhidmatan Awam (JPA) akan mengeluarkan surat edaran bagi memaklumkan kaedah pelaksanaan Bayaran Insentif Awal Kajian Sistem Saraan Perkhidmatan Awam (SSPA) bagi tahun 2023 yang meliputi mereka yang kayak dibayar dan tidak layak dibayar.
