Skim Perumahan Rakyat 1Malaysia (PR1MA) adalah inisiatif yang diperkenalkan oleh kerajaan Malaysia pada tahun 2011 semasa kepimpinan Perdana Menteri yang ke-6, Dato’ Sri Mohd Najib bin Tun Haji Abdul Razak. Tujuan utama PR1MA adalah untuk menyediakan rumah berkualiti dan mampu milik kepada golongan berpendapatan sederhana di Malaysia.
PR1MA ditubuhkan untuk mengatasi masalah kekurangan perumahan yang mampu milik, terutama di kawasan bandar dan pinggir bandar. Skim ini menawarkan pelbagai jenis rumah dengan harga yang lebih rendah daripada pasaran, membolehkan golongan berpendapatan sederhana untuk memiliki rumah sendiri.
Inisiatif ini mempunyai beberapa objektif utama, antaranya:
- Menyediakan perumahan mampu milik yang berkualiti dan selesa untuk rakyat Malaysia yang mempunyai pendapatan sederhana.
- Membantu golongan berpendapatan sederhana memiliki rumah sendiri, terutama di kawasan bandar dan pinggir bandar.
- Meningkatkan taraf hidup dan kualiti kehidupan rakyat Malaysia melalui penyediaan perumahan yang lebih baik.
Sejak diperkenalkan, PR1MA telah membangunkan pelbagai projek perumahan di seluruh negara, membantu ribuan rakyat Malaysia memiliki rumah yang berkualiti dan mampu milik.

- Daftar dan membuat akaun: Sebelum memohon, anda perlu membuat akaun di laman web rasmi PR1MA (https://www.pr1ma.my/). Klik pada “Daftar” di laman utama dan lengkapkan maklumat yang diperlukan.
- Mengesahkan akaun: Semak emel anda untuk mengesahkan pendaftaran akaun. Klik pada pautan yang diberikan dalam emel untuk mengaktifkan akaun anda.
- Log masuk: Log masuk ke akaun anda di laman web PR1MA menggunakan alamat emel dan kata laluan yang telah didaftarkan.
- Mengisi Profil Pemohon: Lengkapkan profil pemohon dengan mengisi maklumat peribadi, maklumat pekerjaan, dan maklumat pendapatan. Pastikan anda mengisi semua bahagian yang diperlukan dan mengemukakan dokumen sokongan yang relevan.
- Memilih Projek PR1MA: Semak projek PR1MA yang ada dan pilih projek yang anda minati. Anda boleh memilih lebih daripada satu projek.
- Memohon: Klik pada “Mohon” untuk projek pilihan anda dan ikuti langkah-langkah yang diberikan. Pastikan anda membaca dan memahami terma dan syarat sebelum mengemukakan permohonan.
- Menunggu Keputusan: Selepas mengemukakan permohonan, tunggu keputusan daripada pihak PR1MA. Anda akan diberitahu melalui emel atau telefon jika permohonan anda berjaya.
- Menghadiri temu duga: Jika permohonan anda berjaya, anda mungkin perlu menghadiri temu duga atau sesi penerangan mengenai projek PR1MA yang anda mohon.
- Menandatangani Perjanjian Jualan dan Pembelian (SPA): Jika anda layak dan dipilih untuk membeli rumah PR1MA, anda perlu menandatangani Perjanjian Jualan dan Pembelian (SPA) dan menyelesaikan urusan kewangan yang berkaitan.
